What the British TV licensing people need to do!

Beats the 1984 style adverts about their detector vans, constant letters, phone calls (got one last night actually).

To be honest I was surprised to see that another country has the exact same system we do (BBC always pipes on about how they are uniquely funded and we should be proud). I'm also surprised to see that the Swedish TV licence fee is 2076 Kronor (£194), which is a fair bit more than what we pay!
